• Exclusively use environmentally friendly cleaning products
• ENERGYSTAR ® rated electronics, appliances and other products wherever available

Food and Beverage

• Favor locally produced food and support local purveyors
• Focus on providing organic products
• Never serve rare, threatened or endangered fish

Merchandise

• We are minimizing and working to eliminate the use of Styrofoam and choose biodegradable packing when possible.
• We do not sell rare materials harvested from sensitive regions (e.g. teak or mahogany from tropical rain forests)

Recycling and Composting

• Recycling stations are provided to crew for:

  • Inkjet cartridges
  • Oils and Solvents

Bio-diesel Fuel Implementation

Energy reduction

• T-8 Fluorescent lighting retrofits
• We use XLERATOR® Hand Dryers which use 80% less energy
